Unfortunately, it is too common for brand new cars to come with an array of defects on them prior to handover. Damage can occur during transportation, at the factory, in bad storage conditions and during poor PDI (pre-delivery inspection) preparation. Common defects include light swirl marks, factory induced sanding marks and machine polishing holograms. It is disappointing that dealerships don’t have the time and skills available to properly prepare and protect your new vehicle. 

Dealers are likely to offer their in-house protection package which is often rushed and applied over poorly prepped paint offering little protection and poor value for money. Opting for one of the protection packages often does more harm than good and most worryingly temporarily hide defects.

We conduct a Single stage machine polish using an Ultra fine polish giving a higher level of gloss (even on a brand new car) and to prepare the surface so the durable coatings can bond properly.
